Please check your order carefully upon receipt with the driver present. Damaged packages should be refused at the time of delivery and noted to the carrier.
If you witness any shipping damage on your order when you receive it, please report details of the damages with presenting photos to our customer service within 5 business days. Any damage claims reported after 5 business days would be ignored.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please notify our customer service within 30 days from receipt of the items. We offer 30-day money back guarantee.
If the item turns out to be defective and buyer wants to return it, seller will be responsible for return shipping cost and issue a return-shipping label for buyer.
If the item is non-defective and buyer wants to return it, buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and also restocking fee (%15) may be applied. The returned item must be in its original packaging and condition. Otherwise, seller may apply additional charges.
For your protection, we recommend that all returns be sent back through a traceable shipping method and proper insurance if necessary.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders. We work with USPS and FedEx to fulfill your shipments.
We ship to Continental US only and DO NOT ship to P.O. Box.
