Shipping and Delivery Information for FURNITURE
We will do our best to schedule the deliveries according to your schedule. Occasionally, some conditions delay the delivery other than the scheduled time frame. We will work delicately to schedule another delivery as soon as possible for these situations. For deliveries with no show or lack of authorization person, the next service could be subject to another charge. Also, all the deliveries will be made to the first floor or garage only. If you ask for room of choice delivery, please contact us for details.
We want to get your order to you as quickly as we can. It takes 2-3 business days to process your order. Delivery takes an additional 1-7 business days. If the product is not in stock, it may take longer.
Please understand that all carriers are experiencing service delays and your order will likely take longer to deliver.
During peak holiday seasons (Mother’s Day & Christmas) shipping can take an additional 1-2 business days. Large orders may require additional time before shipping.
Shipping charges are determined by the subtotal of your order after discounts are applied.
If during shipping your merchandise has been damaged, you must notify Decohub store personnel within 7 days of the date of delivery. Damaged merchandise will be repaired or replaced.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Decohub Home Store, our mission is to offer our valued customers top-quality products from renowned brands at highly competitive prices, accompanied by exceptional service. To align with this commitment, we have established an "All Sales Final" and "No Returns Accepted" policy. Please review the following carefully prior to making a purchase:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Once a purchase is made, the transaction is considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason, including, but not limited to, customer errors, measurement discrepancies, changes of mind, dissatisfaction with color, style, or texture/feel of the product.
Refunds: After an order is placed, a Decohub Home Store representative will reach out to customers via email to provide order details, delivery information, and verify order accuracy. Upon customer confirmation, the payment will be processed. Failure to respond to our email within 48 hours from the original transaction date will result in automatic payment processing.
For any cancellation requests, customers must contact us at (your contact number) within 48 hours of the original transaction date to qualify for a full refund. Orders canceled after the 48-hour window from the transaction date or order approval will incur a non-negotiable 3% payment processing cancellation fee.
Please note that due to our commitment to offering discounted prices with low margins for merchants, exceptions apply: If the products are in Decohub Home Store's possession, in transit to our warehouse, or prepared for delivery, customers will receive a refund of 70% of the total amount to account for processing, picking, and handling fees. If the item is not yet ready for delivery, customers will be eligible for either a 97% or 100% refund, depending on the payment status and timing of the cancellation request.
Merchant's Inability to Meet ETA: Estimated Times of Arrival (ETAs) are subject to change. If a customer wishes to cancel an order due to the merchant's inability to meet the ETA, a full refund will be issued with only the 3% payment processing cancellation fee applied (if payment has been processed). Please be aware that if the item is in transit to Decohub Home Store's warehouse or en route to your residence, a 30% cancellation fee will be assessed.
Exceptions: In exceptional cases, we may consider exceptions to our "All Sales Final" and "No Returns Accepted" policy. These exceptions will be determined solely at the discretion of the seller. In the event of an order cancellation that has been paid for and confirmed, a non-negotiable 30% restocking fee and a reverse (two-way) delivery fee will be applied.
Assembled Kitchen and & Bathroom cabinets cannot be returned for any reason due to our manufacturer's policies. For that reason, it is important to check all measurements prior to ordering to ensure you are ordering the correct pieces.
*Measuring the space cabinets will be installed must be done correctly. We cannot be held accountable for projects we are not providing installation services for mismeasurement issues or other related problems.
DAMAGED ORDER or DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Every effort is made to ensure that your items arrive undamaged. Unfortunately, on occasion, conditions beyond our control can cause damage during delivery. Customers will be given a packing slip that they are responsible for checking off to ensure they have received all their items before signing off on the delivery. If you have any missing item(s) or notice any visible damage at the time of delivery, you must indicate this on the packing slip to process a claim. Missing item claims or damages will not be honored if the specific missing item(s) was not indicated on the packing slip at the delivery time.
Please contact us to inform us of the problem. All claims must be made within 3 days of the delivery, or they will not be honored. We are only responsible for providing replacement parts/items; we cannot reimburse any additional labor costs incurred by the customer to repair or replace damaged items.
Please check your cabinets for concealed damage within three days of delivery. Please note that we cannot change/replace if the cabinet is installed. To carry out this process, we will send you an RMA form to fill out. Once the RMA form is completed, we can process your claim.
