Shipping and Delivery Information FOR FURNITURE and VANITIES

Shipping Time
We want to get your order to you as quickly as we can. It takes 2-3 business days to process your order. Delivery takes an additional 1-7 business days. If the product is not in stock, it may take longer. 
Please understand that all carriers are experiencing service delays and your order will likely take longer to deliver.
During peak holiday seasons (Mother’s Day & Christmas) shipping can take an additional 1-2 business days. Large orders may require additional time before shipping.
Shipping charges are determined by the subtotal of your order after discounts are applied.

Delivery Scheduling
Based on your delivery address and the size and weight of your order, we will choose the best courier team for your delivery when your order is ready for dispatch.
If your order is coming with one of our preferred third party couriers, we will send you an email once we have dispatched it. This email will tell you the name of the courier and the tracking number, so you can stay updated all the way.
If your order is coming with Delivery by Decohub, we will send you a text message and suggest the earliest possible delivery date. If this doesn't suit you, simply reply to the SMS and we'll organise another day.
In case you have any special delivery requests, please contact our Customer Experience Team before the dispatch of your order to discuss options like Authority to Leave, delivery delay and storage, etc.

Delivery Guidelines
Your room is almost complete! Please read the following to ensure the smoothest possible delivery:
1. Rescheduling: We realize things may happen that require changes to your schedule. We’re happy to accommodate rescheduling your delivery with 48 hours advanced notice.
2. Measuring: Before you order, please consider the size of your space in relation to your new pieces. Measure all doorways, stairwells, hallways, ceilings, entryways, and landings to ensure that your furniture will fit into your room, as all custom furniture is non-returnable. Make note of any obstacles such as bannisters, narrow entries, low ceilings, or interior walls that may cause issue with furniture placement. Our local team will be happy to provide detailed measurements of your new pieces.
3. Delivery Obstacles: Please communicate to your team if you have challenging roads, driveways or other access points that would be difficult for our trucks. Be sure to find out any requirements for access to buildings that have specific delivery instructions, such as deliveries allowed only during certain hours, dedicated freight elevators, etc.
4. Room Preparation: Out with the old and in with the new! Please make arrangements to have old furniture removed prior to delivery. Have a pathway cleared through your home to the room in which the furniture will be placed.
5. Delivery: Our professionally trained delivery team will unwrap, place, and assemble your new furniture in the appropriate room, with the exception of cribs (which are delivered boxed and require customer assembly). Please note our team cannot rearrange existing furniture, connect or disconnect electrical equipment, or hang mirrors or wall art.
6. Inspection: Please inspect your furniture and share any concerns you may have with your delivery team immediately.

Reporting Damaged or Defective Furniture
If during delivery your merchandise or property has been damaged, you must notify Decohub store personnel within 7 days of the date of delivery. If you believe a product to be defective please notify store personnel.

If during shipping your merchandise has been damaged, you must notify Decohub store personnel within 7 days of the date of delivery. Damaged merchandise will be repaired or replaced.

We do not accept international orders.

Scheduling Pickup
• To make changes to your scheduled pickup date, call us one day in advance of desired pickup date.
• All in stock merchandise will be reserved 14 days prior to your scheduled pickup date.
