Are your prices cheaper than new?
Yes, while we sell brand new items, their prices are 25% to 70% cheaper than the retail stores.
Are your prices negotiable?
Yes, we like to deal with our customers in their best interest. So, if you have any offers don't hesitate to ask.
Do you allow returns?
All of our sales are final. On the other hand, we offer 30 days of functionality warranty on electronic items, that we can not test in-store. If you see any problems, you may bring the item back, and we will replace the item or issue you store credit on your choice.
Where do you get your stuff?
We source from nationwide major resellers. Such as Home Depot, Sams Club, Lowes, Costco, and many others. We purchase their overstock or online return items. Before putting any item on the shelf, we inspect them very carefully and list them accordingly.
Why do you list your items on the Open Box category?
The products that we sell are shelf pull items or online returns from major resellers. These items are new and never used, but there are additional stickers or defects on the box. So that we sell them under the "Open Box" category. Also, during your check out or before shipping, our team will check the item one more time and if any inaccuracy, we will let you know immediately.
Can I tell you what I am looking for and you call me when it comes in?
Sure. If you couldn't find the item that you are looking for on our website, you may call or email us for availability. We may check our scheduled deliveries, or items on processing and let you know.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we can schedule for your delivery. Please, contact us for pricing. Depending on your address we will submit you a delivery quote for your approval.
Do you have a “hold” policy?
Yes. After your purchase and full payment of the item(s), we may hold your order up to 5 days in our warehouse free of charge. If your order won't be picked up in this time frame we may charge up to $15.00 restocking fee per day depending on the item size. On the other hand, if something unexpected happened please let us know, and we will be happy to help.
I’m remodeling my home. Will you work with my contractor?
Definitely, you may give your contractor our store address, and we will be ready to serve once he or she arrived.
